  • Currently serves as part of the litigation team representing California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS) in the Euribor antitrust case, Sullivan v. Barclays PLC, et al., No. 13-cv-2811 (S.D.N.Y.), involving Wall Street banks’ manipulation of interest rate benchmarks and bid-ask spread price fixing on interest rate derivatives.
  • Served as part of the litigation team representing co-lead plaintiff in In re BP p.l.c. Securities Litigation, a securities fraud class action that arose out of the 2010 explosion on the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig in the Gulf of Mexico. The litigation resulted in a $175 million settlement on behalf of holders of BP’s American Depository Shares.
  • Served as part of the litigation team representing direct truck purchasers against the maker of Class 8 truck transmissions and the Original Equipment Manufacturers (“OEMs”) of Class 8 heavy-duty trucks for engaging in a wide-ranging conspiracy to monopolize the market and raise prices.
