Nicole A. Maruzzi

Nicole A. Maruzzi is an associate in Berman Tabacco’s Boston office. Nicole focuses her practice on complex litigation and she zealously represents investors and consumers who have been harmed by companies. Nicole diligently advocates for her clients and she takes pride in bringing corporate wrongdoers to justice.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole represented clients in civil rights and employment discrimination litigation.  Nicole’s prior practice allowed her to develop strong oral advocacy skills as she argued a myriad of motions in court. Before that, Nicole worked as a law clerk at a mid-sized law firm representing doctors in medical malpractice litigation while also obtaining her law degree from Suffolk University Law School.

Before studying law, Nicole attended Seton Hall University in New Jersey. While attending Seton Hall, Nicole participated in several service projects with the Salesians of Don Bosco, including a mission trip to the Dominican Republic.
