For the eighth consecutive year, industry observer Lawdragon has recognized Berman Tabacco partners in its annual 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers guide. This year’s 2026 list includes ten firm partners, reflecting continued recognition of the firm’s attorneys.
The partners recognized are: Joseph J. Tabacco, Jr., Kathleen M. Donovan-Maher, Nicole Lavallee, Leslie R. Stern, Todd A. Seaver, Patrick T. Egan, Daniel E. Barenbaum, Kristin Moody, Nathaniel L. Orenstein, and Norman Berman.

According to Lawdragon, the 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers are selected by “studying which lawyers and law practices have had significant impact, including [placing] an emphasis on recent matters handled.” Lawdragon further explains, “We aim to include those others aspire to be and who are admired for their intellect and wisdom as well as conduct and leadership.”
