Berman Tabacco is pleased to welcome a new associate to the Boston office.
Quentin Morgan joined the firm in February and will focus his practice on securities, corporate governance, and other complex litigation.
Before joining Berman Tabacco in 2025, Quentin served as a prosecutor in New York City, where he led high-profile investigations and prosecutions involving both local and international narcotics, firearms, and money laundering operations. His work resulted in the successful conviction of several of the city’s most violent and notorious traffickers.
Following his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Morgan acted as a regulator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where he assisted in the enforcement of actions against banks, credit unions, and other financial services businesses.
At Berman Tabacco, Quentin brings his prosecutorial and regulatory experience to bear in litigating complex civil actions. He is dedicated to using the law in innovative and impactful ways to secure financial justice for consumers and investors.
