Berman Tabacco has been recognized by Chambers USA, the U.S.-based arm of Chambers and Partners, as a leader in securities litigation for the fifth consecutive year in Chambers’ California and USA-Nationwide guides, and for the second consecutive year in the Massachusetts guide.

Nicole, the Managing Partner of the firm’s San Francisco office and a member of its Executive Committee, was recognized for her fifth time. For antitrust litigation, San Francisco partner Todd A. Seaver was recognized as among the top attorneys in California. About Todd, Chambers wrote that he “is an experienced antitrust practitioner with expertise handling matters for plaintiffs. He frequently acts for clients in the financial and pharmaceutical sectors.”
