Berman DeValerio is ranked as “Highly Recommended 2017” – the sixth time the firm has received such ranking from Benchmark Litigation. The firm is also ranked as a “Top Ten Plaintiffs’ Firm” for its work “on behalf of individuals and institutions who have suffered financial harm due to violations of securities or antitrust laws.” In its profile of the Firm, Benchmark Litigation quotes a former opponent as stating that, “from a plaintiff perspective they are absolute tops.”
