Berman Tabacco, a national law firm representing investors, is investigating allegations related to T1 Energy, Inc. (“T1 Energy” or the “Company”).

About the Investigation

According to recent allegations, T1 Energy, a solar energy manufacturer, has engaged in suspicious transactions with a Chinese supplier subject to Foreign Entity of Concern restrictions instituted by the U.S. government and improperly claiming solar manufacturer federal tax credits relating to those transactions. These allegations come on top of the Company’s December 2025 revelation that it received U.S. Department of Justice grand jury subpoenas and SEC requests relating to 2023 stock sales by a Company executive and board member.

Berman Tabacco, a national law firm representing investors, is investigating whether the Company’s board of directors or senior management met their fiduciary obligations in connection with these allegations.

Most recently, Berman Tabacco applied its extensive complex class action experience to fight against unlawful and predatory lending practices. We served as lead counsel in several class action lawsuits brought on behalf of individuals who were alleged to have been exploited by illegal online payday lending schemes. The cases alleged that payday lenders issued loans in the name of companies established by Native American tribes, including American Web Loan, Plain Green and Great Plains Lending, in a brazen attempt to dodge usury laws and charge unlawful triple-digit interest rates.
