Berman Tabacco is local counsel for plaintiffs in this consumer class action case against defendant Natera, Inc. related to its deceptive, unfair, and abusive billing practices. Natera is a genetic testing company in San Carlos, California that offers a range of prenatal genetic testing services designed to screen for genetic abnormalities in the prospective parents or the fetus.
