In re DRAM Antitrust Litigation, No. M:02-cv-01486 (N.D. Cal.)

As liaison counsel, Berman Tabacco actively participated in this multidistrict litigation, which ultimately resulted in significant settlements with some of the world’s leading manufacturers of Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) chips. The defendant chip-makers allegedly conspired to fix prices of the DRAM memory chips sold in the United States during the class period. The negotiated settlements totaled nearly $326 million.
