Berman Tabacco is pleased to announce that San Francisco Office Managing Partner Nicole Lavallee has once again been selected by Benchmark Litigation for inclusion in its 15th edition of the Top 250 Women in Litigation list, recognizing the nation’s most accomplished female litigators. This is the fourth consecutive year that Nicole has received this distinction.
Published annually, Benchmark Litigation’s Top 250 Women in Litigation recognizes leading trial lawyers and litigators across the United States following an extensive research process. Benchmark announced the 2026 rankings on August 13, 2026.
Nicole serves as Managing Partner of Berman Tabacco’s San Francisco office and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. For more than three decades, she has represented institutional investors, public pension funds, and other clients in complex securities fraud, shareholder, and derivative litigation. Throughout her career, she has helped recover over a billion dollars on behalf of investors and has earned a reputation as one of the nation’s leading plaintiff-side securities litigators.
