Berman Tabacco has been recognized by Chambers USA, the U.S.-based arm of Chambers and Partners, as a leader in securities litigation for the eighth consecutive year in both the Chambers’ California and USA-Nationwide guides, and for the third consecutive year in the Massachusetts guide.

This is the 20th consecutive year that Joe has been ranked, with Chambers lauding him as a “highly regarded plaintiffs’ lawyer who regularly advises on high-stakes class actions and derivative suits.” Moreover, Chambers quotes a client or colleague as stating that “he is calm under pressure, thinks strategically, and always adds value.”
Nicole, the Managing Partner of the firm’s San Francisco office and a member of its Executive Committee, was recognized for her sixth time. For Antitrust: Mainly Plaintiff, San Francisco partner Todd A. Seaver was recognized as among the top attorneys in California. About Todd, Chambers wrote that he “is an experienced antitrust practitioner with expertise handling matters for plaintiffs. He frequently acts for clients in the financial and pharmaceutical sectors.”
