Quentin J. Morgan
Associate
Quentin Morgan is an associate in Berman Tabacco’s Boston office where he litigates complex civil actions striving to utilize the law in a compelling and creative manner to achieve financial justice for consumers and investors. Quentin focuses his practice on securities, corporate governance, and other complex litigation in addition to case origination.
Quentin is currently pursuing derivative litigation on behalf of stockholders as well as pursuing books and records demands pursuant to 8 Del. C. § 220 on behalf of stockholders of several companies.
Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Quentin was a prosecutor in New York City. There, Quentin led the investigation and prosecution of numerous local and international narcotics, firearms, and money laundering organizations, obtaining convictions against some of New York City’s most notorious and violent firearms and narcotics traffickers.
After serving as a prosecutor, Quentin acted as a regulator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where he assisted in the enforcement of actions against banks, credit unions, and other financial services businesses.
During law school, Quentin interned with U.S. Senator Charles Schumer, Judiciary Committee, where he helped review and craft pending legislation and policy.

- Member of team pursuing derivative litigation against Super Micro Computer, Inc., concerning breach of fiduciary duty allegations and other claims. - Was a member of the Firm’s team in the Emergent BioSolutions derivative litigation, which resulted in a $15 million settlement and alleged that the Company’s board and management failed to implement and oversee COVID-19 vaccine quality-control systems. In re Emergent BioSolutions Inc. Derivative Litigation, C.A. No. 2021-0974-MTZ (Del. Ch.).
- Part of the team that secured a $2.1 million settlement on behalf of consumers stemming from allegations of personal privacy data allegations. Anthony Serra v. New England Patriots, LLC, No. 4:24-cv-40022-MRG (D. Mass 2024).
